NextSpot 300
Phased Array Ultrasonic Spotweld Detector
NextSpot 300 ultrasonic flaw detector will handle all your spots weld NDT needs, whether it is in production lines or in field environments. With all the same benefits, features, and functions as the 600, minus the monitor, the NextSpot 300 gives you great flexibility and portability by allowing you to plug into any PC laptop to convert into a fully functional NextSpot 600.
NextSpot 300 is a powerful ultrasonic spotwelding inspection system that is suitable for the flexible collaboration with varies computing systems.
NextSpot 300 is designed with 360° shielding, it adopts an one-piece aluminum alloy and covered with rubber protections. It is rugged, lightweight, and compact. The total weight of the body is about 2kg.
NextSpot 300 is compact but it has the same ultrasonic specifications and inspection capabilities as well as that of NextSpot 600.
NextSpot 300 is flexible for varies utility scenes, and it can be embedded and integrated with the unique inspection systems that tailor-made by the end users.
NextSpot 300 is efficient and low power consumption, it only needs to get power from the PC,laptop or a computer workstation via a piece of USB 3.0 cable.
NextSpot 300’s database technologies allow efficient data uploading to NAS servers for big data analysis. The analysis of spotwelding quality inspection data can be linked with the welding process data records of every single welding Spots, therefore the optimizations of the welding process setting will be supported with huge volume of inspection data.
NextSpot 600 can provide A/C - scan and real-time display on spot weld. NextSpot 600 can support single element probe testing, PA imaging testing as well as various nonultrasonic methods, data capture, chisel inspection, visual inspection, and many more.
2-Layers, 3-Layers, and 4-layers (Non-Glue/Glue Bonded)

Bare Metal, Al-Coating, Zinc Coating, Electrophoretic Coating, and Paint Coating
Each NextSpot 600 comes with the standard version of the our NextSoft Analyser System, which works well as an independent stand-alone spot weld inspector. But often NDT inspections require to function as a group or a team that is supervised by management. The NextSoft Studio Admin (software) provides this function.
The admin version can upload any testing required
part images into the system. The system can then create
visual labels on exactly where and what to test, and
also setup the testing sequences. All inspection points’
results will then be individually captured and logged into
a database for further statistical evaluation.
Our NextSoft Studio Cloud is a cloud data managment tool that can synchronize data among multiple units of NextSpot 600 devices via the cloud to a single repository location.
In order to manage a full team of inspectors in a production line and/or in a field environment that meet strict quality NDT management requirements, all data captured by each NextSpot 600 unit can be individually upload data to a cloud based data repository along with information such as inspection plans, test location, test settings, and etc.
Once the data are in the cloud repository, they can be downloaded into a remote management system off-site for further analysis.
